South Korea in bewilderment

Blockchain news portal DeCenter called South Korea a "Queen of crypto scandals".

South Korea officially forbade anonymous transactions: since now traders must attach virtual accounts to real ones, using their actual names. In response, users registered 2 petitions: one asking «not to take the dream away» and another one — against the Chairman of the Financial Supervision Service of South Korea (FSS). The first petitions collected 200,000 signs and the government has nothing left to do but consider the issue. in spite of the tension, some civil servants are accused of insider trading.

As for good news: Upbit became a world leader in daily turnover.
